I think he's being truthful to a good extent except for a few things....I've watched this so many times trying to dissect him...I think he's lying about his remorse, i think he's not capable and is still proud of what he's done. I also think he's lying about his family life, and I think he's leaving out factors that probably contributed to his life like possible abuse, or relationships, or major things that contributed to hate towards women. It's just mind boggling to me because I'm not like him. I think deep down he has rage and hate tied to past experiences and is possibly to embarrassed to talk about them. Beyond that I think he's going out on a limb and being pretty honest and trying to get a tiny bit of grace.

If he knew, that in XXI any sorts of porn would be available through internet for each and every individual, even children and toddlers. Furthermore, each person could reach out porn with their mobile phones. That’s crazy

Although I don’t think media causes these sick psychopaths and their tendencies it’s always clear that it is used as a tool to fuel the mindset and visualise the violence. It’s no longer in the mind and they can see it played out to them. For some this is enough but for others the need to slowly recreate these scenarios in real life becomes forefront in their minds.
